"It’s not who I am underneath, It’s what I do that defines me"

Its finally time to reveal my latest piece I have been working on! The Poster Posse has been debuting its 10th project and this time it went into a slightly different direction. Instead of focusing on one particular upcoming movie, it was decided that instead we would honour a character that has been an icon for 75 years now. He has become one of the most popular characters ever written and developed and we have decided to pay tribute to him in the way we know best, through our art.

My focus for this theme is simple, the defining aspect of Batman and the beginning of his journey was the death of his parents at a young age. This murder set about the pathway that Bruce Wayne would walk in order to become Batman, the caped crusader fighting for justice in Gotham.

I had a lot of fun doing this piece and it was a great time developing my skill set. In particular, developing perspective was a big learning curve. I knew about it and have used it before but for this project, perspective was crucial to its success.

So here is my final version with its Black and White variant. I hope you enjoy it! I have a few cool projects coming up which I am very excited about!

Cheers,

Tom
